The Chrysler PT Cruiser was always destined to become a Classic!
Taking styling cues from somewhere between 40's gangster and 60's hot rod, Chrysler bravely created a mass produced post millennium retro-mobile in the PT. Furthermore it was practical & spaceous often featuring in MPV categories. A diesel engined option also brought economy. What was there not to like!
But if you were of a certain age, happily reminiscent of your antics in the 70's -jacking up Ford Pop's, adding a Jag back axle & wide wheels, the PT Cruiser was an already done effortless trip back there ☺
